I was pretty sure when I ordered my product it said it was in stock. I emailed because my shipment was later than expected. I was promptly called back within minutes, informed that it was shipped from ware house and confirmation email corroborated their claim. Given the benefit of the doubt, my shipment was exactly when they said it would be and was exactly what I ordered. I am reluctant to order from most stores online due to wait timesand scammers however I wouldn't hesitate to order from sweet petes again if my LBS couldn't provide what I needed.

There is a good variety of great products and the service was excellent. In particular, Mitch did an excellent job fitting me to my bike; the difference was obvious immediately on my next ride!

I bought a helmet online and the advertised price was/is $99.99 and to qualify for free delivery you had to spend $100.00.

I was told by a sales person at the Annex location that I could have the helmet sent to that location for pickup. I just had to make a note of that in the "Other Infomation" section of the order form, which I did. I requested picking the helmet up at the Annex location.
On Friday I received an email stating that my order was ready for pickup at the Bloordale location, not the Annex location.
I called the Bloordale store to ask if they could send it along to the Annex location as per my request. I was given a lengthy explanation of why not but essentially, no.
It's about three subway stops away, a 10 minute drive? they can't(won't) do it?
I live in the east end and it's not a huge deal but don't tell me can do something one day and you can't (won't) the next.

Don’t know where to even start with this review. This is the best bike store in the GTA. Brent is a bike guru. His knowledge and genuine down to earth way of educating you and making sure you get what you need without any pushy sales tactics is very much appreciated. The bike mechanics are the awesome as well. They have fixed any issue I’ve had with quality work and fast turnaround. Purchased my first decent bike at Sweet Pete’s about 16 years ago and just purchased my dream bike this year based on Brent’s recommendation. Can’t say enough good things about this place. They are the best.
