Brent took the time to walk me through the technical differences between the Emonda and Domane, despite the store being very busy on a Friday afternoon. I appreciated the perspectives and he gave me the knowledge I required to ultimately make the right purchase for my needs.
Kept my bike for over a year while a part was on back order and then didn’t offer any discount. I also didn’t even mind the time it was the lack of updates.
Great selection of products in store and service was kind, quick and helpful.
We called in for a bike and was told that it was available and built. I asked to pay a deposit to hold it because it would take me about 1 hour to come in. I was told that wasn’t necessary. When I arrived the bike was not built and I had to wait over an hour to get it. I wouldn’t have come in if it wasn’t ready.
I’ve always felt your staff are personable and wel informed.
My experience, so far has been excellent. I am located in another city (very far away) so am unable to visit and examine things prior to purchasing my bike. Both Mitchell and John have been excellent. John in particular has been extremely responsive and helpful with my online order issues, both upon placing of the order, and with accessories and other options.
Great service... thought maybe with new shoes I would have got new cleats included.
