Your service is A+ and that's why we drive 45 minutes cross town rather than walk down the street - there are no less than 3 bike shops within a 15-minute walk here in Riverdale.
I tell anyone when the topic comes up about Sweet Pete's. And I spend more time and $ when I'm there.
Kinda like Las Vegas - they also 'get it'. The experience is paramount even if you leave a little lighter in the pocket.

Great Selection, Staff are super wicked every time Ive stopped in. The level of cust svc was seamless when I had to return a dropper cause I ordered the wrong size online (Check the Spec not the Clamp...derp)

you guys just screwed up repeatedly. from a former employee insulting me on Twitter, to me being mocked for getting into a bike accident 2 years ago, to you guys claiming my bike was a write-off this past april after another unfortunate accident (and me getting it fixed for $250 elsewhere)....why would i ever recommend you to anyone?
Best customer service in the business. Pete and his team know bikes inside and out. Quality accessories compliment a solid line up of bikes. The only shop I’ll shop at.

Although I have to return my order for sizing reasons. The staff was prompt and polite in their response to my inquiry. My item also arrived quickly and without issue.
Communication about order progress / tracking. My order apparently went from BC to Toronto without any notification.
It jut took a little longer to receive then expected and I received this survey 1 day prior to receiving the order. However, all is good now!
