I like the extensive inventory, especially all the stuff for older bikes, which many online suppliers can't be bothered handling. The prices are competitive and orders are shipped promptly. What more could a customer want?
The pedals I got were very dirty, almost like they’d been used before. And the packaging was pretty crushed on one side and damaged. Haven’t had a chance to use the pedals yet but not impressed with the state of the product when received.

I think, with all due respect, that your prices are very high and not as competitive as they could be. I was lured by some specials online but when I went to pick up the products (two different pairs of gloves), the quality and thickness was not what I expected. I understand that they were on sale, but they still did not seem to me to match what I can get elsewhere for less. Your shop is lovely and the sales associate was very helpful. For me it comes down to your prices in terms of the type of product being offered. Sorry to say. Perhaps it was a poor glimpse and your prices on other stock items are more competitive, I just don't know for sure. All the best to you.

I received the email saying that my order was placed two months ago, and that a second email would follow when the item arrived in store. I never got the second email after, though! Not sure if it was a tech glitch or an oversight (I checked my spam and promotions folders, so I'm quite certain it wasn't there), but disappointed that I could have been using my order sooner.
Apart from that, the website makes it easy to find what I'm looking for and I've had positive experiences with the staff.

Clear description of products and fast delivery
Prompt responses to communication. Honest repair shop. Good selection of bicycles (during normal years). When I bought my bikes you allowed for long test rides to ensure fit. Good selection of bicycle accessories. Knowledgeable sales staff.
Everyone was friendly and helpful. I also appreciated that nobody assumed I don't know anything about bikes just because I'm a girl! Thanks for not assuming :)
