On a side note, a close family member - major cycling enthusiast and participant - stopped in about a year ago and said Never Again. Staffer turned up their nose at his bike and was not helpful.
I’m a casual cyclist, and unimpressed by the snobbery/reverse snobbery that goes on in the cycling community overall. Isn’t that for BMW drivers?
Great customer service
I wanted help on keeping my temp comfortable when riding in the winter. I was there for gloves, am also interested in lower/upper body layers. The available staffer was up front said he didn’t do that much winter riding. I appreciated the honesty. He didn’t offer to engage other staff who might have been able to help. Possibly because they were tied up with other customers. Not enough staff for the number of customers.
It took a while to have my item delivered int the store. Had to email for updates and only the. I received an email that it’s ready for pickup

Great looking store on Bloor and seemed to have lots of product. I was only picking up an order so didn't stay too long but staff were friendly and prompt with my order. Too bad I live in Port Hope so I can't just drop in!

Excellent customer service
I went into your B-side store in the Annex to get a lezyne flow caddy. The store associate said that he didn’t have one in stock but I could order one online and instructed me to write in the notes section of the order to have it sent to B-side if I wanted to pick it up there. Since I’m East of that store and it’s the closest Sweet Petes to me, I did just that. Once I placed and paid for my order, I received an email stating that online orders can only be picked up at your Bloor St W location. So now I had to take the Subway adding an extra $3 and 30 min to pickup the order. Had I known this I would have seconds thoughts about placing the order. I would not likely recommend Sweet Petes online ordering.
