My experience purchasing my Kona Honzo was fantastic. I was coming off an old (I mean old) Trek ao the newer Mtn bikes were a whole new thing for me. Brent was the guy I dealt with and he was excellent. We talked about my riding experience, style and how I would use the bike and then I knew I would be leaving with a hard tail Honzo. The bike is sick and my experience has been first class. I would recommend you guys and would return for any other bike purchase in the future.

Ordered chamois creme online and it was super fast even with Canada Post delivery. Ordered Saturday and had my package on Tuesday. Very surprized and impressed.
The employees really took their time with me. I did not feel rushed at all. They worked hard at processing my needs and matching them to an ideal bike. They were knowledgeable and friendly too.

The staff were not very accessible, engaged or helpful when I purchased an expensive Kona gravel bike. They could not easily explain the differences between pedal or seat options. I was in the store a lot longer than I wanted to be, and was not able to get any of the additional accessories I needed. There was a handlebar end plug missing from the brand new bike, and they were not able to find the matching one.
