The staff were not very accessible, engaged or helpful when I purchased an expensive Kona gravel bike. They could not easily explain the differences between pedal or seat options. I was in the store a lot longer than I wanted to be, and was not able to get any of the additional accessories I needed. There was a handlebar end plug missing from the brand new bike, and they were not able to find the matching one.

the classes are fun and interactive the teachers there are very professional and they are knowledgeable about what they are teaching
Communication was great had small problem with shipping address and billing and I got e-mailed fast and I canceled and got reply fast then reordered that's great customer service good job and thanks will shop again

The in stock items is one that f the biggest though. A lot of these items you cannot order from someone in Canada or local. I used to live in Toronto and tried to keep my purchases local. Now I live just outside of Toronto and tried to keep my purchases local but the next best thing is close by shops in Canada.
