I have bought a few things from your shop. Your staff have been generally friendly and helpful. I bought a rotor online and then needed to return it as the bike I bought it for snapped in half and was returned on warranty to a Canyon. The guy I talked to was good about accepting the return but then a couple weeks later I got a call about the rotor still waiting for pick up. I called back 15 minutes later and the guy was gone and nobody else could help me. I'm actually not sure if the return went through yet I need to check my credit card bill. It wasn't an awful experience and I'll still shop at your store but I can't give you a 10 either.
I was helmet shopping, you have a large variety to choose from.

I needed a thru axel. I had ordered one from my most local supplier. After 2 weeks I checked on an ETA. They informed me they didn't order it for me yet.
I placed an order from you and had confirmation of shipping within 35 minutes - pretty amazing.
Thank you for supplying such great service - pretty hard to ride a bike without an axel.

The range of kids' bike helmets are very good. As well, the staff are most helpful. Trying to buy a $70 gift card was a bit complicated as I had to buy one for $50, then another for $20. It would be better if one could but one for a designated amount. Your staff helped rectify this for me.

More information about the bike before purchase. I am relatively new to outdoor biking so i would of liked a little bit of a tutorial.
All the staff very very helpful. There was a misunderstanding about pricing which was fixed later. Communication was also not ideal as I never received an email or phone call when my bike was ready. Not a big deal for me but you are asking for feedback. ;-)

I loved how Kart( I hope the spelling is correct)
explained everything and offered different options available so clearly and patiently.
And it was great that almost all accessories that I needed were available in the shop and Kart helped me to find the quality/cost wise suitable ones for me.
