Kept my bike for over a year while a part was on back order and then didn’t offer any discount. I also didn’t even mind the time it was the lack of updates.
Great selection of products in store and service was kind, quick and helpful.
We called in for a bike and was told that it was available and built. I asked to pay a deposit to hold it because it would take me about 1 hour to come in. I was told that wasn’t necessary. When I arrived the bike was not built and I had to wait over an hour to get it. I wouldn’t have come in if it wasn’t ready.
I’ve always felt your staff are personable and wel informed.
My experience, so far has been excellent. I am located in another city (very far away) so am unable to visit and examine things prior to purchasing my bike. Both Mitchell and John have been excellent. John in particular has been extremely responsive and helpful with my online order issues, both upon placing of the order, and with accessories and other options.
Great service... thought maybe with new shoes I would have got new cleats included.

I had never seen a basket like the one I purchased for the front of my bike—it clicks in and out, so I can take it off anywhere I go! Also, the staff member who helped me (sorry, I never caught their name!) was extremely helpful, informative and patient. Great experience here.

All the staff members I have interacted with have been nothing short of exemplary. I purchased a $100 speed and cadence sensor and the staff were so kind as to install the device to my bike free of charge and did it very quickly. I travel all the way from the east side of the city past plenty of other bike shops just to give my business to Sweet Pete's as I have yet to have a bad experience with them (which is more than I can say for many other local bike shops). 10/10 would shop again.
