Great service. The guys are quick with suggestions and solutions for issues that you may have. Just bought a new bike that Adam recommended and I am very happy with it.
Great service and amazing staff! The bike shop repair guy was awesome & gave me great tips on which trails to try out with my new bike.
Amazing ! Had a flat tire and was frustrated that no bike shops were available to fix it on the spot but sweet Pete took time and had it fix for me right on the spot and I really appreciate it.

I was assisted by Owen who was incredibly helpful, patient and informative. I didn’t feel rushed, I had a lot of questions, and he clearly had a ton of road experience to offer thoughtful and informed suggestions. I appreciate the range of products from entry-level to established but without the pressure to “upgrade”. Such a great store.
Large repair needed for my bike at end of May. Parts were not expected till July. I understood timeline would be lengthy, but communication was poor throughout.
I reached out 11Th July as I had not heard anything since I gave approval at start of June for the repair.
Received a response back stating they tried to reach out via phone to no avail. So it was just left at that??The mechanics needed another approval to finish the repair and made close to zero effort to notify me. My phone was likely unreachable for a few minutes at most as I drive through dead spots once a week. Additionally my email had already been used as communication between the shop as well, but that avenue wasn’t tried.
I then gave the approval for the tire replacement and received no response back. I came into the shop 5 days later to see what was going on. It seems a response was sent but not to my email. The repair had been rebooked for a few days later. For such a lengthy repair already going on for my bike, surely it shouldn’t have to go to the end of the queue? Especially when a tire replacement is something that could’ve been caught in the initial inspection?
Overall, a lack of customer service effort. A customer shouldn’t be the one having to push the dialogue for repairs.
We ordered 2 e-bikes in store and later got the phone call that only one was „found“ on premises, meaning the other was not available. We ended up buying the one.
I told our sales rep that’s fine, but specifically asked him to install lights, a rack and kick stand. Even though we bought a high purchase item, I felt like we were nickel and dimed with the accessories for our bike. Not to mention our sales rep told us that lights were needed to be purchased after and installed in store at time of pick up.
When we came to pick up the bike, the same rep told us the lights need to be ordered in and then installed later to connect with the display on our ebike (liv rove e+) — meaning we needed to order them before time of pick up so they could be installed. What we specifically told not to do. when we asked for help on purchasing a bike lock we just got confusing answers and no real guidance.
I feel frustrated because we spent over $3,700 in shop with so little support or Expertise. Thankfully I did my homework — but was not impressed with my time there and felt like the sales staff was not equipped to help me make a decision as a customer.
To make it right, the shop should support their customers as bike purchases especially e-bike purchases are big investments and it’s important that the sales team has things in order, so that the investment is worth it.
Im happy with my actual e-bike, but my experience as a customer was lacking.
