Outstanding service from the bike service guys in the workshop. Very impressed with the speed that the new extension was replaced on my Trek bike - it went from being ready at the end of the day - to 30 minutes, when I explained that I need the repair immediately. Excellent!!!
I stopped going to my other local bike shop because they had a dog in the store. I have a contact allergy to dogs. 12% of the population has this allergy. If I come into contact with dogs, or surfaces they have been in contact with I get eczema so bad it can bleed. I have tried discussing this with the other shop but they were dismissive. I can always order my parts online to avoid this issue. I consider it inconsiderate for stores to not accommodate the health and safety accommodations of a significant proportion of the public.
I am glad to enjoy freedom from this issue when I visit your store.
