Sweet Pete’s on Bloor street west is my local bike shop. Although I have not bought a bike from them, it is where I go to get my two bikes serviced regularly. The folks in the shop are always nice and easy to chat with. The products I have bought from them are of good quality and have held up with time and use.

They were great at helping make an appointment but the repairs and price wasn't really explained to me, and I got my bike home and had to fix the breaks as they were still squeaky.
I appreciate the way in which the online order was fulfilled as purchased, when it was clearly an instance where an item had been mis priced (too low) and the products arrived promptly for the advertised price.

I choose sweet's because it is close by Dufferin Mall, has a variety of products and friendly customer staffs
