One of the best bike shop experience I ever had . I was greeted by wonderful, thoughtful and experienced gentleman who helped me find the right bike. What I loved the most is that you are able to test ride to make sure this is the right bike for you. I am glad I bought my bike here and would highly recommended to anyone !
The online shopping experience was not good. Taxes should be added to the final price and I shouldn't have to etransfer money to an account.

The service was outstanding and much appreciated. I think communication could have been clearer as to the specifics of the repair. In the end I will still be happy to come back but it sounds like you would like to run your business better so I shared this.
I have changed my disk break pads at the Annex Shop on May 21. But the break pads are rubbing against the disk when the wheel are free turning. I hope the mechanic has paid more attention to the adjustment of the break pads.
There was a little mixup with my order and it resulted in a pretty significant delay so communication between stores could have been a little better. But the manager Brent did a great job of assuaging the issues and solved the problem quickly!

Once my bike was finished It was handed to me to take it and leave. I had to ask to get bike fitted, adjusted and then ask for a demo on features then being told someone else can do it. If you are understaffed then a customer that paid in full should have their transaction finished first. Instructions that 2 employees told us when the bike was purchased they would do were not done and the reason the next day was there are alot of new employees. It seems like no one communicates with each other. The experience was very frustrating waiting around asking for help while a very busy store catered to new people walking in. Basically felt they just want your money then leave.
I ordered a great helmet and delivery was really fast. Good service!!
