I was buying bike accessories and while in the middle someone came in to look at a bike. I was left at the cash waiting.
I completed the purchase and left disappointed at the service and will not return to B side.
Went to the main shop dealing with a very tall helpful gentleman and provided my some straps for Bordo lock as my locks didn't come with the straps. He went beyond being helpful and will return to the main shop.
Knowledgeable, friendly, and professional staff and store has what I need.
One thing I recommend doing is providing a pamphlet or webpage to a new bike owner on how to maintain their bike.
Got my bike repaired within 24 hours and price was super reasonable and service was on point. Thank you! I will definitely continue coming back.

I made an appt. To have my bike serviced after making the mistake of taking it to another retailer late in June.. instead of servicing my bike they made it un rideable ...Your team were able to identify the issue the other retailer had created and fixed it very quickly with a full explanation of what had gone wrong. There work and professionalism is much appreciated .
