You're really dependable. You're my "go-to" store for any bike related problem.
Good selection and fast shipping.
The repairs were not done flawlessly and left an outstanding issue but when I mentioned the problem, the feedback I got was that it was probably something I had done. Points deducted for both aspects of this transaction: the imperfect repair AND the defensive feedback. I am not a person who generally grouses about such things, I've worked in customer service and I know it can be difficult, but that experience was super frustrating.

Jae was extremely helpful and knowledgable about everything I needed. He spent a good deal of time helping and answering all questions I had. I was able to test out a couple bikes, and ultimately got the one that was the most comfortable for me. Got everything I needed and feel very confident in what I got.

I enjoyed the discussion with Brent about the strategy of making the 1st experience for child riding a bike to be a positive one. I also felt that a child developing a passion for a hobby such as bike riding will be rewarding to the child after she / he has mastered riding the bike. I believe there is an element of autonomy that an year old child attains when riding the bike as well. Brent made it easy to select the style of bike and additional items that would help achieve my beliefs as well as addressing the safety issues for a novice riding her 1st bike. The other staff members that assisted me were polite & helpful.
