Great service and selection.
Many things disappointed us.
When we walked no one greeted us even though there were around 3 or 4 at the counter just talking among themselves.
When we asked for help the guy didn't know much details about the bike.
I asked about putting a child seat at the back and was told yes it can take it.
When we picked up the bike the serial number didn't match the receipt.
Workers should have a list of what to check before handing over stuff.
Once home I tried installing my kid's seat and to my disappointment it doesn't fit and that's the reason why I switched to an electric bike so it can be easier for me to get around with my kid.
Overall not great service
Workers should know what they're offering and how it works to show clientw.
Good selection of parts and tools especially for older bikes. Pretty good, functional website and and very prompt delivery and communications.

Marshall helped me out. Prepped 3 e-bikes for me to try and was attentive, knowledgable and friendly. He wasn't pushy or sales-y, he was just trying to help me solve my problem. The store had good stock and is in a great location. The techs got my bike together quickly and did a great job.
