The product selection is very good yet it is the service which is truly exceptional. I find staff are so helpful. For instance I purchased some new grips for my handle bar and was having difficulty sizing and installing and they just stepped in and with a smile did it for me. It was very much appreciated.

I have purchased several bikes from.this location but find the service very on /off
I called about a bike purchase on Thursday
Was told bike needs to be assembled and will be ready Saturday , I was to be contacted via emai or text.
I have not received any communication and have called later on Saturday.
I was told bike will not be completed and to check on Sunday .
Very shortly after I was called and told the bike was completed but it just could not be found.
I came in on Sunday did a test ride and confirmed I will be purchasing the bike .
The bike was $5000 plus, I put down $2000 and was interested in financing remaining portion .I was told to apply for Flexi credit at home and come back
On Sunday still I went home and confirmed I actually have Flexi credit .
I called your store and was communicating with Mitchel.
I explained the situation and ask if we can complete the financing part .
Mitchel said he tried logging online and I was not working and to come back on Tuesday (Monday Civic holiday) and talk to another associate.
As I a customer I felt I'm being told this is not happening, come back later and deal with someone else .Did not seem to me Mitchel was interested in making this work .
I decide to choose different choice of payment , came back and ended purchasing the bike in Sunday
They young man( I'm sorry for not noting his nsme) was very helpful.
One issue though, I was asked if I prefer paper or electronic receipt as you have all my info on file .
I have asked for electronic receipt.
I have not received anything yet, but not a big deal I will follow-up later this week.
To explain what my overall experience .
This was $5000 plus , dream bike purchase , I have spent thousands of dollars in your store , to receive this very lackluster ," come back later " attitude was very disappointing.
An experience I would like to forget and put behind and enjoy my new bike .

I think John Fornasier was incredibly responsive and helpful when I put an order in online and needed additions and changes. He has made me feel comfortable and has been kind.
However when I came in to the store twice I felt othered / intimidated bc nobody offered to help me. The first time I came into the store I had to ask for help I was not met with warmth, more like a dismissive attitude … or condescension.
The second time I was in store a younger teenager helped me and he was really nice, but he was governed by the same clerk who I dealt with on my first visit. He was sitting at the front desk and seemed more interested in looking at strava results. In fact, the second time I was in store that clerk (before demanding somebody help me) if John was working and he said nobody named John worked there. I then gave Johns last name and he said he did not know who that was an went back to looking at his Strava. I thought it was incredibly rude esp bc later when he realized I had made many purchases (maybe not the most expensive purchases since I am a beginner and looking for entry level gear) he suddenly remembered who John was. Hope this helps.
