Very prompt service and friendly
I bought a rack and asked if it could be installed the same day. It was... in less than one hour! I also received good advice about which rack to buy. Everyone I spoke with was friendly and helpful. Overall, an excellent experience all around!
great experience..great price and super fast and easy FREE SHIPPING...I used to always order from he UK or the USA, but sweet petes is now my favourite. A lot of other canadian online sellers try to get you to pay ripoff shipping rates that are higher than what a usa or uk seller would charge you...sweet petes has FREE SHIPPING..Did I say FREE SHIPPING!!!
Your servicing department wasn’t able to work on my bike because of safety and liability concerns. That is understood and not the issue but I wasn’t happy that in checking the bike they made it worse than when I brought it in.
Example: the drum brakes are now loose and making a rattling sound. My expectation is that it would be returned in the same condition that I brought it in.

I would like to thank Marshall for his amazing service! I had never come to a bike shop before and felt a bit nervous to be judged as a newbie - my experience was the exact opposite. I felt welcomed and very well taken care of. I'm so glad I purchased my new bike from Sweet Pete's and will be a life long customer.

I was familiar with the Kona Coco so knew I probably wanted that model. I was also familiar with your shop having lived in Toronto's west end for so many years. I've owned many many bikes over my lifetime. This was my first eBike and I would say the experience of purchasing it in person was disappointing. I wasn't given enough information about function care and maintenance. I had asked about how to safely store it for the winter and never was I told about oiling the chain, which rusted like crazy even after being hung in a dry shed for barely three months. Then to be told the brake pads and disk had been ruined by the little bit of oil that splashed onto it when I had to revive my chain so that I could get the bike to the shop for a tune up, it leaves a bad taste in my mouth. Had I known how careful you have to be I wouldn't been careful and that cost wouldn't have occurred. My feeling is I would've been better to just purchase the bike online and read/research about it myself. I am old enough to still believe that making a big purchase is better done with a salesperson who will give you lots of useful tips and set you up for success with the item. Instead I had to find out things the hard way (like when I first rode it away I hadn't been made aware that you can't be peddling while turning on the power or it will read as an error symbol). I hate the thought that we are replacing customer service jobs with AI but honestly it's experiences like this bike purchase that leave me feeling like the ship has sailed and we consumers need to do our own research and just buy online with confidence that we know what we are getting. Disappointing experience but I still love my Kona Coco.

Hands down best bike shop in Toronto! No BS. Friendly helpful staff, solid reliable service. Anytime I have a flat or need to tune up, it's the go to spot. I've been coming to a Sweet Pete's (Annex and now Dufferin and Bloor) for for over 10 years or so, and I've never had a problem with any adjustments or suggested they've made. Defiantly the place you go to to get top notch quality products and service. I can't recommend them any higher, literally, 11 out of 10.
