I have yet to hear back from anyone regarding my helmet replacement - I brought in my helmet that broke and was still under warranty almost a year ago.... No one has contacted me with any updates. I have visited the store several times to check in but still no follow ups.

I thought the advice I received suited my needs and experience. The 30 day warranty if I didn’t like the bike was also a factor as I was not able to ride the bike before making my decision. Sweet Pete’s is quite out of the way for me but knowing I could say no if the bike wasn’t for me sealed the decision for me.
BTW, I am very pleased with my choice.

Great neighbourhood bike shop with friendly and knowledgable staff and a good assortment of bikes and bike related paraphanelia.
Nothing to improve, the only reason I didn't say 10 is that I am in Thornbury and don't have a lot of people asking me where to get bike stuff from.
However my message to people up here would be to check Sweet Pete's out if they can't get something local, and SP seems to have a lot more variety IN-STOCK (which is seems like a bit more of a rare thing up here).
My order is very recent, I won't likely receive it (a Saddle) until Monday, but I am looking forward to it, and appreciated the time someone took to talk to me about it.
