My son needed a new bike and he received the kindest and most attentive service. They let him try multiple bikes and made sure we picked something that would grow with him. They fitted him for the right helmet and were incredibly patient with his colour preferences.
I highly recommend Sweet Pete's!

I'll try to get over there today to pick them up, but honestly after this whole ordeal, y'all couldn't just ship it?
You guys are the 'best bike shop in Toronto ', so perhaps it doesn't matter what I think, but at this point I'm likely only ever coming to your shop one more time, so I can pick up the lock and the bell.

Staff at my recent visit were really great and engaged in good customer service. I appreciated receiving answers for my bike questions from mechanics at the store.
Last fall I asked some of the same questions and didn't get answers from your sales staff leaving me dissatisfied with my experience. I would recommend sales staff make the effort to find answers to customer's questions so that customers can be well informed.
