I ordered some tires from Sweet Pete's. They came in sooner than all other sources I researched. Had a minor inconvenience with a discount code and I had a response within 15 minutes and it was addressed in the same amount of time. Incredible service.

It took quite a long time for the bike to be built. When we arrived at the store, no one demonstrated the bike. One of the fender struts was not connected. The bike was dusty. This is not good customer service!
There was no bell on the bike. It may not have been an included item, but when I bought my similar bike from another dealer, they automatically put a bell on. When you pay $4000 for a bike, it should come with a little bell.

Location. We're in the east end. It's very difficult for us to get to the shop.
I put an order for a bottom bracket and a chain on May 8th. Just got a confirmation that my order would be delivered on May 24th. This is over 2 weeks to deliver 2 standard non specialty items. When I order from international sellers like ProBikeKit I get items faster and they come from the UK. Or Jensen USA is at home in 3 days. Painfully slow

The picture of the item (pattern on a biking jersey) was not the correct picture of the item. The item delivered had the correct name and item number, but the pattern is different than the one pictured for that item on the website.
Staff was very helpful and accommodated my late arrival. I love the bike they recommended.

I called before I picked up the order to make an appointment for my wheels to be trued. Told to just bring the bike in it'll be done by Friday. I even reiterated and asked are you sure I don't need an appointment. Get there they're like yeah probably not you should've made an appointment.

I have enjoyed and recommended Sweet Pete’s in the past but this past weekend two things got under my skin:
1. You had no reasonable options for a replacement 29’er wheel with 142 thru-axle in stock. I know it is a few years old but it was only one wheel.
2. Second, you charged 58 dollars to repair a broken spoke that cycle path on Yonge would have replaced for 10 bucks or less
3. You emailed me rather than texting my phone when you were done. You told me two hours but were done in less than 30 minutes (which, had you texted me like you said you would, would have been great and would have saved me a bunch of hours for other things)
The fix:
1. Keep minor amounts of emergency stock for slightly older bikes (2015).
2. Spoke fixes should be virtually a loss-leader (like skate sharpening at sport check).
3. Stick to the plan or call.
