You guys get my orders out the door and to my door quickly. And I appreciate that. If a part is make or break for your next mtb ride (hello brake pads), that's super important. And you usually have what I'm looking for. I'm a repeat buyer for a reason. :)
We are returning customers and have been for over a decade due to the customer service we receive and the top notch bikes. This time Brent was assisting us. His professionalism and attentiveness made the experience flawless. On the day we picked up our new bikes Brent assisted us with adding our many new accessories and his patience was appreciated. Marshal helped deliver my bike on new bike day! Really helpful in setting up the bike on the test ride, route, etc. also did check to ensure tires had sealant before leaving the store. I ordered the bike weeks ago and as promised , sale price and due date was honored. Great store, staff and service. Will be back for sure .
