I believe everything was great other than a high shipping cost for being 3 hrs away.
I don’t have too many cycling colleagues so I rated me yelling others similarly and as said cost of shipping was high.
Product arrived well packaged and a lot earlier than I ever imagined. It said 5-7 business days to my home on Vancouver Island and I received it within 2 days. Must have a distributor out west which is great for us out here!!
The service was proactive and identified issues with my bike. The bike felt great after the suggested maintenance.
