Solid service guys. Solid parts guys. I dislike having to write this review as it's a good store. But the whole experience is seriously marred by the kid(s) at the counter who consistently overcharges, gets called out, doesn't apologize, doesn't care. Fix that and you're good.

Quality products and friendly service
The service we got from the sales staff was great as always. They had the bikes we wanted to test ride ready to go when we showed up. Myles was great helping out our son.
You cannot find better service in town.
They didn’t have my complete order in stock, so some items came from the store and others from 2 different suppliers. This added about a week to the shipping date. A bit more realistic estimate of shipping time would be a good idea. Other than the long shipping times I got all my stuff and am pleased with it.
Great service but don't like the fact I can't drop by bike off for a booked service and pick it up later the same day.

Disappoint is a strong word. But I ordered a set of pedals online which was a very Smooth experience, Brett answered my email promptly and I was notified by text when the pedals arrived - a great experience.
But the in store experience fell flat. When I entered the store I was not great by the staff member behind the counter. I spent a lot of time in the cycling shoe section as I slow needed shoes and no one came over to see if I needed help. I was able to locate the pedals myself and brought them to the counter. The staff member (without acknowledging me) just rang the pedals in and the only verbal interaction was: “that’ll be $223, how would you like to pay?” No discussion about if found everything I was looking for (I hadn’t) or thanking me for my purchase.
I cannot recommend the instore experience as it is not inviting and reflected the common bike store stereotype that the staff are only interested in helping you of they can be bothered or if you look like a cyclist. It certainly wasn’t an experience I get good about spending hundreds of dollars in. I ended up buying the shoes I wanted online.

I bough the bike on Sunday and asked for the bike to be ready for pick-up on Wednesday; I had an evening appointment that day and ran late because I had to wait for 20 mins Wednesday late afternoon since the bike was only brought into the service department when I arrived. That customer experience can be improved.
