Very helpful and knowledgable discussing options for upgrading the drive train. Arranged a good time to bring bike in and it was ready when expected. Staff was very helpful when I picked the bike up and ran it through the gears for me. Also fixed an issue with my rack in record time even though the store was quite busy. Upon getting home, I took it for a quick spin and the gears are working excellent. Thanks very much!

Bloordale location: went in for an online order pick-up. Stood at front counter for 10 minutes without being noticed. Walked to service desk and was helped there, but order was somehow under the wrong name. Eventually got what I ordered but the shop came off as disorganized.

Sweet Pete’s had the bicycle I was interested in and the sales representative who helped me was obviously super knowledgeable and went above and beyond of what my expectations were.
Putting my bike together was really a pretty god job and the timing just perfect as they said when I first bought it. I Would love to give it a 10, however the service guy at the counter wasn’t too friendly with me when I went to pick it up.
I had many questions about gear shift bikes, because I was looking to buy one and all my knowledge is of fixed gear bikes. The customer rep (Miles) was very helpful during my session, and I tried out a Giant Contend 3 around the block. It all led to me purchasing one!
Ordered a GRX600 crank. If your going to sell an open box item, make sure when you put back the "bar coded" instructions it is the the correct one. I received instructions how to install a bottom bracket. The crank and the arms looked new, however from what I remembered there was usually quite a bit more grease applied from the factory, no problem I had enough on hand. However one of the pincher bolts did not look copacetic, so I will be replacing them both (just in case).
The reason I'm not returning the item is that I went for 15 min. ride and there seems to be no problems. Plus the time and effort to return the item is not worth it.
