Friendly staff. Called me to follow up about something I hadn't picked up. Salesperson looked out back to find a jacket that fit my size. I needed a large but there was only a medium on the rack.

Tires that I bought are not true (straight)
I understand that they are on sale. Store attendant told me that these are “overstock, same as you would normally get on a Trek bike”
Well, this is not correct. Both tires are off.
How would you make things right?

Better follow up with customers after a bike is ordered. It was nearly 7 weeks from order to delivery. The bike appeared to have been at the shop a while and I wasn’t notified. I only received it because I went to inquire.
Your staff are incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. They are great at explaining things - makes learning even easier. I probably didn't absorb the whole course as it was a LOT, but it was excellent and having the book will be a great refresher.
In store, you also offer tons of great products or can order them in.

I also like that free shipping in canada is at $100. I have abandoned other online stores because free shipping is higher (increased).
