You always do great service and repair work on my bike. I've been to other shops in the city, but I've never left Sweet Pete's feeling like you've ripped me off, or that the quality of work was sub-par. I also appreciate how thoughtful and kind all the staff I've encountered have been.

It took almost 2 weeks to send an order and I still didnt get it even it is within canada. From USA I had free shiping in 3 days to my doors. Unbelievible. I am very disapi ted with your service. The training wheels we received were excellent quality. The only problem was that they did not fit accurately to the bike we needed to attach them to so we had to MacGyver more holes in each of the attachments. Otherwise, we were very pleased that the quality of product suited our unique needs with a special needs child. Thank you.
