Turnaround times for installing new parts was over a month so we declined and performed installation ourselves. Staff were helpful and order was completed quickly.

Honest great quality work. They care about thier customers and it shows. I've been to other replaces who do repairs in the city and they are the most consistent. I've yet to have an issue post tune up or repair. Any time I've left to try out another bike shop I've regretted it. Sweet Pete's is number 1 in Toronto hands down.

purchased bike at 52 cm for instore pickup, order was cancelled 7 days later later because that size was not actually in stock even though website stated 6 in stock when I purchased it and my money was taken.
Nothing wrong with the person who notified me of this issue, I'm just unhappy that I sold my old bike to compensate for the cost of the new one that I never got. Now I'm bike-less and I'll have to call my bank to get my money put back in my checking account once I receive the refund.
