Even though I couldn't physically see or try the bike before buying, he was able to compare and contrast it to my current bike and give me confidence that I was making the right decision. The bike was ready for me quickly and I'm now out on the trails sporting a Sweet new ride!!

The order is not yet delivered. It’s been over 2 and a half weeks. Your website was sending me emails about items in my cart that was not there. 2020 is the year of e-commerce you guys need to catch up.

You have products that I ordered in stock in your store so I could receive them quickly. Online ordering was very easy. Pickup service at the store was very pleasant. I would definitely come here again for all my biking needs!

Great response over email. Reasonable wait times. Knowledgeable staff. Also very impressed with COVID-19 procedures - 1 customer inside at a time, sanitizing pay terminal, distanced staff from customers (although staff could distance from one another a bit better), roped off entryway in store, etc.

Really helpful service, trustworthy and fast. Emma was especially helpful with my bike service, really approachable and kind, I often find mechanics to be rude and full of an attitude of " I know everything about bikes and you know nothing". Emma was exactly the opposite of this helpful and kind. Owen and Brent were very helpful getting my bike in and out under weird pandemic times. Give your staff a raise they are doing really great work!
