Very much appreciated that you were open during COVID and all the precautions that were taken to keep staff and customers safe. The work was excellent and the bikes are running great! It perhaps seemed a little expensive, but we attributed that to small local bike shop having different finances than larger chains. AND we are certainly willing to pay a little more to have a great bike shop in the neighbourhood. Keep up the awesome work!!

Where to start? The staff treat me with the utmost professionalism and respect, they were extremely knowledgeable. I got an "unexpected" repair after leaving my bike there, and the service coordinator reach out by phone and email giving me the choice to follow their advice to stick to my initial budget repair. Therefore no unpleasant surprises. I am writing this review before picking up my bike, but I am trusting they will fulfill my expectations. Great place!!

You carry a lot of great brands, and quality accessories also to complement my bike purchase. You offer a good range of introductory all the way to top end bikes and equipment.

I thought it was a bit weird and slightly off putting that the delivery person lingered in my back yard after dropping my recent bike purchase off. We had some friendly conversation and I was like "OK thanks again for the personal service" but he wouldn't leave. Wanted to "chat" further about nothing in particular. It was awkward but overall I'd still give Sweet Pete's a 10/10 on their customer service. A bit weird but nice that they are employing mentally challenged folks which I fully support. Keep up the great work Pete!
