The customer service and products offered are first rate and combined with the expertise, makes this shop the best - Rob helped us not only find the right bike and trainer, but also ensured that we understood the features of one brand/model versus another, in order to make the right decisions for our needs. He was prompt and thorough and we would not hesitate to recommend Rob at Sweet Pete's to everyone and anyone.

Great inventory and range of products available but most importantly Pete was extremely responsive and helpful with great product suggestions. The entire end to end experience, from the great online website to the finalization of sale using the curb side pickup service was fantastic.
Excellent customer service, had the tool I needed
Ordered a Cento Alu basket and made two trips, one before confirmation email of arrival so had to go back to store. This much I understand. But I had loads to transport this weekend, including when I arrived for pick up and no one could take 10 minutes to install the basket for me. I get that you are really busy, but I was right in front of you, picking up a purchase I could have ordered elsewhere. We are all making concessions in these awful times. Would have been nice had you helped me out. Seriously, 10 minutes for a customer in front of you would not have robbed anyone of their repairs or purchases.
The basket is awesome, awesome! I have a lot if respect for cycle folks. I just don’t think this was the right call - COVID19 or not. 🙁
