Website was presentable and item get ready for pick up quick.
The wrong model was ordered even though I selected a specific bike thru your website. I ended up taking it, but no concession was offered for the mistake and I missed out on that excited feeling I was expecting to have when you get your new bike! Even a sorry, here’s a free bike bell or a free tune up or something would have been good for the mistake made.

I consistently go to the Annex location ... Adam is my favourite mechanic ! Even though I’m without my bike for usually under 24 hours it’s all good. I’ve always been happy with the level of service provided and the staff are nice enough to take a look at my bike if there are any issues post tune up. But usually there aren’t any issues. Thanks as always !

It’s been multiple weeks, and the wrong items were sent to me in error, along with another customer’s private information. I assume someone else received mine.
Can't say there was anything special with my experience other than a few items i had not seen elsewhere.
Really enjoyed the amazing customer service (Brent was super quick with email responses to my questions). The item I needed was in stock very quickly and was easy to pick up and pay for during COVID.

You did an incredible job pulling together my multiple orders into one single amazing bike I can't wait to ride more. Took it out for a short spin the other day on a cold one and it was awesome - only minor tweaks needed but everything functioned perfect. Accessories installed brilliantly, bike in great shape arriving, delivery right to my door. Answered all of my emails (annoying as they were) quickly and with patience. Couldn't recommend more!
I like to support Sweet Petes because it is a local business, because its has institutional longevity, and because its prices and services are competitive compared to the other local bike shops. The people who work there are also very good.
