I first found you guys down at the brickworks. Your staff were friendly and knowledgeable but most importantly not pushy. A year later or so, I had the cash and you have the parts I was looking for. No one else had the variety and options I found in your shop. To make everything better, you included a little happy birthday note to recognise my mention of it in my order notes.

After purchasing front and rear lights for my bike, I have since discovered that they're available online for 60% less than what I paid. I always prefer to support local bricks and mortar businesses but the pricing difference shouldn't be so significant. I'll think twice about it next time.

I went to the store for a pick up on a beautiful Sunday afternoon. There was a line-up with at least five people in front of me. I thought that their service was quick since I only waited for what felt like 15-20 minutes. I bought a bike at 25% off. When I received it, I saw some minor scratches on the top tube of the frame, and I thought the colour was off. I should have expected that the colours shown online can't be fully trusted. And in reasoning myself out for my mild disappointment on the scratch, I told myself that I bought it on sale, I am going to get it scratched anyways, and there was no point in making a big fuss about it because I also wanted to be in and out of the store. Overall, I was happy with the purchase and the service.
My sales rep, who will remain anonymous, was rude and dismissive. I understand the pandemic is making everyone's job difficult, and that staff are under a lot of stress, but my experience at Sweet Pete's was unpleasant, especially when compared to some other bike shops I know.
Well I order tape on the order and u guys installed a different tape, still pretty similar. But would have been nice if u guys didn't charge me for the wrong tape installed
