All went well with my pick up transaction. I would say you did what you said you would. I will recommend Sweet Pete's to my friends. But as always Caveat Emptor, based on one transaction of relative low risk of 2 inner tubes, it would be hard to give a ten.

They serviced to bikes for me. Booking was simple, the quality of their work was good, and they notified me on a timely manner that they were ready for pick-up as committed.
Had some difficulty getting updates on whether my bike was ready for pick up so ended up having to make two in person special trips to talk in person. I do understand COVID greatly complicates things and that you don’t want to have your guys spend all day answering phones. So on balance I prefer keeping everyone safe and prices down so putting up with occasional inconvenience is ok.
I have always found Sweet Pete’s an excellent shop for selection and customer service.

Generally the staff are very helpful. I am a senior and I require a lot more patience and kindness and understanding and communication and non-dismissiveness. In general I find that does occur at your store occasionally it doesn't. I'm not a senior senior I'm a bike riding person who happens to be in their 60s. I don't drive a car I only ride a bike and I've always written a bike. I bought 2 bikes at your store. Of course they've gotten stolen. I bought multiple locks and gotten my bikes fixed at your store. Usually the staff is very good. This week I went and got a lock and the staff member Aaron was very very helpful I really appreciated it. I had been to other bike stores like Batemans where they were quite dismissive and looked at me like what are you doing here old person. I find in general your staff does not do this but I would emphasize with your staff to not be dismissive of anyone who isn't a hipster. We've been around a long time and our age has nothing to do with who we are inside and what we understand what we need. Thanks

Booking an appointment almost 2 weeks in advance by email is not ideal but we all understand that COVID-19 has presented it challenges. The service advisor “Adam” was friendly and knowledgeable and the work done faster than I expected at a reasonable cost. I was referred to SP by Last name removed Brewers BTW. Keep up the good work!
