I made an online order on a wednesday, and my product was in my hands on friday the same week.
Helpful, friendly, fast, great people at all 3 locations and the stores are just nice to be in as well.

Very quick reply to my email and a responsive reply to my questions. Given the world is dealing with COVID situation, many companies are not able to adapt. Sweet Pete's is a model of how a company should be run, especially during this time.
Service repairs were very fast and staff were pleasant to deal with. I appreciate the protocols to keep staff safe. Only issue is I didn't get an itemized receipt by email as promised.
I found the Evoc hip pack pro in gear hub for cheaper a day later for my dad should of ordered 2 from them and saved money

The service was great. The problem was diagnosed as a fork issue which was covered by a warranty. Drop-off and pick up at the store, even with Covid restrictions was quick and painless. The staff were really nice and knew what was up.
My only quibble was that I followed up to ask where things stood and was told someone would get back to me. That didn't happen for more than a week.
But as I say, that is simply a quibble and I completely get it that you are overwhelmed with work and repairs.
I would recommend Sweet Pete's again without question.
Very impressed with the fast response I recieved from John Fornasier to work out the details of my order. I was also impressed with the fast processing and shipping time. Excellent experience! Great selection and excellent service, Sweet Pete's will definitely be a go to source and recommendation for bike parts.

Kinda takes long. You guys have 2 of my bikes with a small repair for the past 5 weeks.
Incredible customer service. I dropped an old bike off on behalf of a friend for a tune-up. The cost of repairs was too much for my friend to swallow, so we declined the service. I requested to pay the team at Sweet Pete's for their time and labour for diagnosing the issues, but they stood their ground and declined any payment for the work. Stand up team! They've had my business in the past and they will continue to in future.
If someone orders something online ... it should be in stock. And communication is key.

It is hard to communicate with you after I placed my purchase order online; I wanted to follow-up over the telephone number provided, but only when I have called your shop for the first time I was able to leave my voice message; when I called in later days multiple times for the same reason to follow-up on my order, I was NOT able to neither to leave a voice message nor to talk to anybody.
You're honest and reliable. You could have taken my money, but you told me instead that the bike I brought in wasn't worth fixing, and more important, wasn't safe.
Easy communication via email. I wanted a specific bike and they were able to reserve it for me right away after connecting with their rep. Free home delivery too, which was awesome.
I didn’t thank the team enough when I was there but this was very much appreciated! I ordered a Kryptonite Lock and they didn’t have the one I bought, so they offered a different one that was a little more but at the same price. Even with the pandemic happening the staff are still working above and beyond, so just want to say thank you and it’s appreciated! Quick turnaround and great service!
