Not sure! I just started buying from you, as I'm local to your store, and have used the Store Pickup option just once!
That being said, your pricing and selection is competitive, and given the option, I'd much rather support local.
I'd love to be able to browse your bricks-and-mortar store, but we will have to wait until the pandemic passes for that.
In the meantime, I'm dropping by to pick up another order! :-)

The turn around time was quick! Staff was friendly. My bike tune up was great. Rode 18 km right after to check the tune up and it went well. Im a happy customer. =)

I feel staff could be friendlier. I was not made to feel that my business was appreciated after spending over $300 at your store. You would think during this pandemic when people are struggling with their businesses that retailers would try extra hard to convince people to come back.

Online order return/refund could be improved for online orders. It took several emails back & forth to figure out how to do... if/when the returned item was received, if/when the refund would happen etc..
It would be nice if the store without customer asking for...
1) sent instructions on how to do the return & refund when requested
2) informed customer when the returned item was received
3) informed customer that the refund was completed and when to expect funds back in account.. through customer service channel, and to expect (look for) a notice from the financial system..
Seems the refund system is different from the customer service system... so those two things ended up in two different email threads (refund notice ended up in junk mail too) would be good for customer service to also notified customer to expect email from financial system and set expectation of approx. when things will happen etc..

Our bikes were a bit delayed from the anticipated pick up time (2-3 days). I appreciated that Emma was helpful and prompt in her oversight of the service being done at the 517 bloor location and answered our inquiries. Many thanks. Always great service.

Placed my order 1am on Thursday/Friday and got confirmation end of day Friday and received the item on sunday. Working in retail that offers online orders, that’s incredibly impressive.
