Friendly and fast turn around for my bike tune up. Didn’t try to sell a bunch of new parts like Curbside ALWAYS does when I get a tune up there. I prefer Sweet Pete’s now. Cheers!

I feel staff could be friendlier. I was not made to feel that my business was appreciated after spending over $300 at your store. You would think during this pandemic when people are struggling with their businesses that retailers would try extra hard to convince people to come back.

Online order return/refund could be improved for online orders. It took several emails back & forth to figure out how to do... if/when the returned item was received, if/when the refund would happen etc..
It would be nice if the store without customer asking for...
1) sent instructions on how to do the return & refund when requested
2) informed customer when the returned item was received
3) informed customer that the refund was completed and when to expect funds back in account.. through customer service channel, and to expect (look for) a notice from the financial system..
Seems the refund system is different from the customer service system... so those two things ended up in two different email threads (refund notice ended up in junk mail too) would be good for customer service to also notified customer to expect email from financial system and set expectation of approx. when things will happen etc..

Our bikes were a bit delayed from the anticipated pick up time (2-3 days). I appreciated that Emma was helpful and prompt in her oversight of the service being done at the 517 bloor location and answered our inquiries. Many thanks. Always great service.

Placed my order 1am on Thursday/Friday and got confirmation end of day Friday and received the item on sunday. Working in retail that offers online orders, that’s incredibly impressive.

Excellent service during the COVID times! Very safe and excellent service.
John was really helpful - he noted an item I was purchasing wasn’t assembly grease and spoke to the bike repair team to get their recommendations.
He also noted that the pedal wrench I was going to buy wasn’t compatible with the pedals I purchased and recommended the correct tool.

Spent zero time making sure the bike actually fit
The process of getting my beautiful new bike was not perfect, but the issues were not with the store at all, they were with the courier delivering the bike from the factory to the store. The store dealt with those problems and though I had a delay, it was fine because I knew the store was taking care of the business.
The bike is perfect as far as I can tell so far, love the custom paint job.
My only recommendation would be for the store to use a different courier. That business should not be in business - I've had issues with them every time I've encountered them.
