We have needed some bike repairs during Covid and Sweet Pete’s repair staff always return our emails quickly and get the bike back on the road as efficiently as possible. Plus they are all really pleasant and kind to deal with.

I had a great experience getting a tune-up and repair. They had a cancellation and were able to schedule me in earlier (in the pandemic when every shop has a 2 week wait!). Also, one of the folks working their gave me a great tip for deterring parts-theft :)

Every staff member I have dealt with has been so great at customer service. When I purchased my bike and lock, they attached the lock to the bike frame in exactly the way that I wanted, and provided a free tune up six weeks after purchase. One year later when my Kryptonite lock started to malfunction, they quickly inspected it, then instantly exchanged it for a new functioning one. I couldn't be happier.
Products are excellent and YOU are excellent
Miscommunications via email with timelines. Typos with days instead of weeks, and then vis versa in future emails weeks instead of days. Frustrating when told a service would be 2 weeks and ended up being 5 weeks. Also came home with a damaged part.

The Kryptonite Avenue Set bike lights are awesome.
They fit easily on the bike frame and have a really bright flashing light, great for road visibility day or night. Quick to remove for USB charging.
