Easy pick up and good range of products. Appreciated the social distancing measures at the store.
I did not receive an email to confirm my items were ready, but received a response within the day when I followed up via email about a week after I ordered. And, this is a very small issue!, but in the order confirmation email you don’t mention the shop name so it’s hard to search for in emails.

Adam, Emma and the rest of the team were very helpful and courteous. I had a bike that I needed repaired and fitted with multiple items in time for a new job that I want to commute to by bike. They were able to schedule me in. After the tune up, there were a couple of issues that they resolved a few days later. Overall, I found the service to be great.
I spent hours to choose the products. My kids were involved and excited. And you don’t have the products. I can’t imagine it happening with Amazon, for example.

Long wait time after ordering bike. When I picked up the employee didn’t go over anything with the bike, just handed it over. Even asking if I had any questions would have been helpful.
Hard to find parts are here, fast and efficient order, a little expensive for basic necessities.
Decent selection of Shimano components at decent prices. The latter is especially difficult to find in Canada so that's much appreciated. That makes Sweet Pete's a good alternative to importing from the US.
Super friendly people working at your shop, and your mechanics are phenomenal.
Case in point -- when I had brought my bike in for service I had just recently installed some new tires. I had forgotten to check the directional rotation of the tires before I had put them on and didn't realize it until after the fact. The directlonal arrrow was almost impossible to see - I had to get a flashlight and spin the tire around 3-4 times before I saw it (it was embossed black on black and very small).
When I brought the bike in for service I hadn't flipped the tires yet, and figured I would just do it myself when I got it back, and never mentioned anything about it to your mechanics. When I got the bike back, I noticed the quick release on the front tire was on the opposite side, and I was thinking....did someone actually proactively check the directonal rotation on the tire and flip the wheel for me? So I checked the back tire, and realized that someone had taken the tire and remounted it in the correct rotational direction.
Again...amazing service in the fact that I had never asked for this or mentioned it, but your mechanics were diligent enough to catch it themselves. You got a customer for life here.

They were quick and efficient, the only downside was that my email to get the apt was lost initially but they gave me a later date and due to a cancellation they scheduled me in earlier than expected and had the bike back the same day!
