Good selection snd easy pick up during Covid

I like the fact that they sell top of the line real cycling sportswear and has it in stock to boot! The customer service was very thoughtful to email that due to CoVID that items may take longer to ship.
When asking questions, responses came by email immediately, and politely with true answers!

It was probably my assumption that was the problem, but when ordering online and choosing in-store pick-up, I didn't realize the wait time on the order would be so long. It might have been faster to have the items mailed. Increased clarity online regarding possible/expected prep times for curbside pick up for non-bike or service orders might be nice.

You know what you're doing and are very knowledgeable around bikes, plus you found me a new bike during these unconventional times.
Rob was so lovely to deal with. he took the time to understand my needs and ensure the bike i was looking at would fulfill them. He stayed late after what i would assume was a long day to help set me up on the bike. It all felt like more than just a financial transaction with him, but instead a real passion to see people doing something he also enjoys.

The staff is very knowledgeable! I’ve always followed recommendations (my bike, the accessories, repairs) and been happy. It’s great to know that I can trust the staff.
p.s. I missed my appointment the previous day and the staff was nice enough to squeeze me in and fix my bike in a jiffy!
