Instead of shouting from the cash register for a customer's name when dropping off something for repair maybe grab a pen and paper and write down the info and get a little closer - 6 feet is plenty close - because it's difficult to clearly enunciate behind a mask without removing it and then get berated when removing it BRIEFLY to be heard.
Things are all wonky due to covid but customer service should not fall by the wayside. Still believe in supporting small businesses and will continue to support Pete's in the future.

I gave my bike in for tuning and to get the grips changed but I am really disappointed because I don't think there was any tuning done. My bike makes the same screeching sounds as if the brakes are rubbing against the discs and in addition to that, my bike misses when I pedal. I am not satisfied at all.

Service and work is excellent. Tune-up price seems a little high. Would recommend to anyone but some might not be able to afford.

You carry quality products from companies like Arkel and Bontrager and you have some great sales. Most of my purchases are from your store and when I am in need of cycling gear, your store is the first one I go to.
