They were responsive when inquiring and purchasing the bike, and even when requesting an update. However, when picking it up close to 2 months later than they said, I found them rude and condescending, and the manager was not helpful at all and only escalated the situation.
Clearly they currently have the leverage in the market with customers due to the global bike shortage, but this will end by next year and people will remember how they were treated during this time...
Amazing! I brought my bike in and what was supposed to be just a check over of the spoke problem of my back wheel ended up being much more. The mechanic laid out the options and offered to fix the spoke. I picked it up an hour later. The price was reasonable and service so fast. Thank you Sweet Pete's!
Staff who was dealing with us didn’t explain anything about the bike or check that it was adjusted properly for my daughter. He only did so after me having to ask him to
I purchased a new bike and finally received it. The member helped me right away and cashed me out. The only suggestion is to explain how to take care of a bike and what service is required to keep it in good shape.
All of the staff are fantastic, and I love it that they proactively reached out about a warranty issue and recall of the pedals on my bike. I doubt I would have ever known on my own. Killer service.

You're in my neighbourhoods, on a bike route, your website has the products I need and right now it's just a matter of supply availability. I'm patient.
Adam and Owen at the Annex store went to great lengths to solve an issue with my bike, made more complicated with the parts supply issues this year, and I really appreciate their help and great service!

I received great customer service. Everything from purchasing the bike, to the time and care that went into fitting me on the bike and making sure I had everything I need. I have been a customer for many years and have spent thousands of dollars here. All I wanted was to book a service appointment and it took over a week to respond and then when I finally heard back, I responded within hours of the right time but never heard back again to confirm. I appreciate you are busy and Covid etc but there are many other good bike shops including Bike Depot next door that would put more effort into their customer service. I will give a second chance due to my long standing relationship but if this continues, I will be going elsewhere.
