There was no communication other than an auto response email once I had placed the order, telling me that the order would be confirmed in 3-5 days. No email was sent, until 12 days later, saying that the product had shipped. Now I’m getting a feedback request for something that I haven’t received yet
Quick replies, good service
Called in to shop, person I talked to was not personable and didn’t offer any solutions. I expect more effort and a pleasant experience when I call in to a shop. That being said, found one of the components I needed online and it was shipped fairly quickly. I’ll likely check Sweet Pete’s for product again. Its tuff to get solid folks working in a shop that can fix things as well as they can dazzle customers with charm and some effort but it goes a long way. Cheers, First name removed
Went for a tune-up.
The brake pads needed replacement and they were replaced by this shop.
Picked up my bike and the front breaks are squealing very very loud.
Got it touch with this shop to fix the front brake squeal.
They replaced all four pads, again.
The front brakes are squealing just as loud as before. No change. Considering selling my bike. This is horrible.

Availability, fast delivery, good website
Misleading copy on the website made it seem like a helmet was in stock when it actually needed to be shipped out. Waited 4-7 business days as per the confirmation email disclosing that the helmet needed to be shipped and advising I would receive a confirmation email at this time. I never received confirmation after nearly three weeks. When I called to troubleshoot the issue, staff ultimately assisted in getting to a logical solution, but were initially very unhelpful, unapologetic, and standoffish. It was not an overall terrible experience, and I ultimately did get a replacement helmet I’m pleased with, but the communication was very poor and the process was unnecessarily drawn out and difficult.
