My wahoo kickr snap smart trainer was not tightly gripping the bike tire after a year of heavy pandemic use, and a new tension arm supplied under warranty was too difficult for me to replace. Since I bought it from Sweet Petes I took it in for them to repair, and for less than $40 it is now working better than new! Thanks for saving my bad weather / winter workout routine!
Technology wise, link the systems between your two stores so a credit at one store can be used at the other.

Only commenting on e-commerce here…product said 5 to 7 days to ship. Took 12 days, and in the interim there were no updates all with information. When it did ship, the order went to “Completed” which is confusing, because I still don’t have my product, No email address or phone number was provided on my order to inquire. When the product did ship, I received no notification or tracking number. I finally found the tracking number on the “view order” links. On the upside: the product arrived the next day (which is probably a bit of a coincidence of geography.) I also liked the fact that you reused other packing to ship instead of virgin boxes!

Shipping went well, installation was simple and the ride seems to be smoother with more control on off paved surfaces.
