On the website it said free shipping on orders over 100, the main item I bought was around 80 so I added two items to make it over 100. I checked my cart before I paid and it said it was over 100 including tax and didn’t mention anything about paying for shipping so I thought I was safe, then when I checked the bill they charged me for shipping because my items weren’t over 100 BEFORE tax. I would’ve had no problem adding something else to my cart had it shown that I had to pay for shipping with what I had. Also nowhere on my bill before checkout did it show an additional fee for shipping. Again had I known I was going to be charge for shipping I would’ve added something to the cart. There should be some kind of warning letting people know that their order has to be over 100 BEFORE tax, also when paying for the order at checkout it should show the added shipping fee.

I was impressed with how quickly I was responded to. First I emailed for repair info protocol and was responded to promptly. Then it took a bit of back and forth to confirm a time that fit my schedule - again quick responses. Finally, my two tune-ups were completed on a timely basis. My dirty bikes came back clean (bonus!) - I'm a very happy guy!
