When I picked up my new bike, it was my first Ever mountain bike. Your staff person did a great job of explaining all the bikes features, and gave me practical advice on how I might want to adjust the bike as I got used to riding it, which was most useful for a novice.

I'm a little bit disappointed with my online experience. I never received a confirmation email and when I called, the person told that the shoes were not in stock and it would take 2 weeks to get. The site said they were in stock. I'm not mad, but compared to other experience this one was so, so. Thank you

This specific visit was fine, the young cashier was helpful and quick. There was no problem besides the industry-wide ones of limited availability. He was reasonably well-informed.

Giant Toronto didn’t charge me for a water bottle rack when I purchased another Giant Talon 2 from them. Similarly, their complementary maintenance program is much better than yours - they give 2 years of free tuneups compared to you guys just giving one within 6 weeks for free. The bike was also delayed many times. Giant Toronto delayed the bike only once and while the delivery dates were similar (they were just 2 weeks earlier), they predicted the delay correctly, whereas you guys gave us false hope with incorrect estimates :(
Ignoring the negatives of my experience, the staff I met during the process of picking up the bike / stand / water bottle cage were all very kind and helpful. The handoff process was also smooth and efficient. I apologize for coming in near your 5pm closing time.
