Staff at both locations are very kind and honest. I like that you have a dedicated location for repairs, or at least placing emphasis on that, and for that I'm willing to keep supporting you. Most bike stores in Toronto prioritize on selling and upselling, which is very disappointing.

Thank you for the help with my order, and contacting me again when one of the items I ordered (a Serfas Tailbones saddle) came in unexpectedly. I haven't fully tried it out yet, but so far it seems to be exactly what I needed. And I LOVE the Portland Design Works water cages (I got a Lucky Cat one, it's perfect and fits my water bottle perfectly). Your prompt responses and help were everything I could hope for in customer service, and why I love to support local businesses. Also, the fast delivery once my order got straightened out was wonderful, and my cats LOVE the packing paper that was in the box, they have been thoroughly enjoying attacking it, hiding under it, and crinkling around in it, lol. Apparently I cannot recycle it just yet.
