My only complaint is that when I went to pick up my bike one of the things I requested to be done wasn't because it turned out they didn't have the part in the right colour. Since I'd been asked, prior to taking my bike in, what my colour preference was and had given it, I was disappointed when it wasn't available. and I hadn't been told in advance that that was the case.

I understand that sometimes businesses get busy and response times can be delayed but considering my first two emails were answered within 1 business day the fact that I'm still waiting after 3 business days to find out when I can bring my bike in for a service isn't the great service that I'm used to from your location. I need my bike fixed in order to use it to get to work so every day that I don't get a response is another day I have to pay extra to get to work.
