The person who assisted me with my part request was friendly and very helpful. He spent a ton of time trying to make sure he was ordering the right part, and didn't charge me up front in case it turned out not to be the correct fit.

I came in for a bike fit with Mitchell and is was an excellent experience. He is very knowledgeable and his goal is to get the best fit possible based on my needs and will make multiple adjustments to achieve that goal. 10/10 would recommend

I had a great, easy and pleasant experience with sweet Pete’s and the Staff. I came in for a repair and they weren’t able to take an appointment same day which was disappointing but obviously not anyone’s fault. I got my bike back in 8 days. Repair was flawless and they were able to fix the wheel without having to replace the wheel, which was very nice. Staff were friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. Overall, a very simple and great experience, however sweet Pete’s has never been my go to bike shop because I fend the pricing a tad higher than other shops, but very great experience none the less. Thank you!
