score of 8, ordering through your website was easy, I've not received my merchandise yet since I only ordered 3 days ago, possibly your survey should only be made once clients have received their merchandise< i guess as a consumer I would like the opportunity to measure some other items such as was the item promptly shipped, was it in good condition, are returns easy to make?? All of these items should also be measured in your survey and this is why at this time I can only give a score of 8. ou should wait a bit more before sending a survey so then you will a better ideal of the overall customer satisfaction

The service was very good. Ordering online was straight forward and the communication about my order was clear and I was kept up-to-date about my order status. The only reason that I didn't rate it as a 10 is that I live in Mississauga and I would be less likely to drive into Toronto to visit the shop in person (although I have and have made purchases there in person).
