I understand that sometimes businesses get busy and response times can be delayed but considering my first two emails were answered within 1 business day the fact that I'm still waiting after 3 business days to find out when I can bring my bike in for a service isn't the great service that I'm used to from your location. I need my bike fixed in order to use it to get to work so every day that I don't get a response is another day I have to pay extra to get to work.

Very fast and great customer service! Ordered my bike online on Sunday and it was ready for pickup on Monday. Went into the store was greeted by the friendly staff that gave me maintenance tips and informed me of their New Bike Service Plan which I was not aware of when I made my purchase online, so that was a good surprise! 10/10 would recommend friends and family looking for a bike to check out Sweet Pete's!
youre honest. you wont see i need something just to make a bike. you even refused to fix a bike i had that wasnt safe.
Poor service, non compliance to medical mask exemption. Had to take to another bike store to finish fix properly, where I had excellent customer service and accommodation.
Would have appreciated one associate who took time to understand my need and then helped guide me to solutions. I was looking for clothing. I ended up dealing with 3 different associates, having to re-explain my needs each time.
