Very friendly staff
Staff are super helpful, helped me find the perfect pair of shoes and gave me advice on bike locks
Brent was really helpful when I went in the store to try on indoor cycling shoes. He knew a lot about indoor cycling and was eager to help me find my size. The type of shoe I wanted wasn’t available in store or even on the website but he ordered it from the manufacturer for me! I haven’t actually received the shoes yet but even if there were any issues, I know Sweet Pete’s will help me figure it out!

The item I ordered wasn't exactly as pictured on the site (minor cosmetic difference) and Sullivan contacted me prior to shipping to let me know and offered a discount since it wasn't exactly what I had ordered. Really appreciate the communication, honesty, and the discount.

Not the same for all employees but Brent specifically was very knowledgeable about all spin shoes/cleats etc. and went above and beyond to be helpful. I will return for future purchases and will request to work with him.
