Good website, easy to order,processing and shipping was outrageously fast.
It was great customer service, but I felt I brought my bike in for a tune up and it came home with worse brakes then when it went in.
The rest of the work seems solid but my brakes were serviced and in my opinion, very poor. The staff removed the charge but I just wanted to have good brakes and evidently that is hard to achieve. I now have to take my bike to another shop to get the brakes done properly.
Got a great new Trek outfitted with the accessories I needed and Rob and his coworker were helpful and friendly!

Canceled my order due to stock issues but I was promptly contacted and given the option to back order or get a refund. Refund was chosen and recieved quickly. Would order from again in the future if stock allows.
