It’s the people. Honest. Great Moral compass. Always let me know about possible delays, and made sure that orders placed that were sourced from various vendors, shipped directly to me were accurate, and if any issues to call right away and will be resolved. I bought two bikes from Sweet Pete’s during the pandemic. The staff were communicative and informative particularly during the height of the pandemic when there were bike shortages and limited options. They patiently reviewed the specs of the bikes that were available to help me make an informed decision.
Good selection of in stock items and friendly/helpful staff! Helped me get a substitute for a dropper post I ordered that sent the wrong size quickly. Would recommend 10/10

Everything about it. Staff is helpful and knowledgeable. It's unfortunate that my new bike had a flat and leak a day after purchase, but the staff at the annex fixed it in under 30 mins.
Good selection and messfam (messenger family) reccomended.
