Convenient scheduling of Service... told the day the Services are scheduled... able to drop off any day leading up to that (vs. your bike is scheduled FIFO based on when you leave it with the shop... ie could be there as long as 2-3 weeks)

I ordered some Five Tens online. Chris emailed me to say that there was a size mixup but it worked out in my favour. I called the store and spoke to Sully. Both were extremely helpful and I got black and pink five tens - which I’ve been searching for forever. I’m delighted with them , they arrived yesterday and got perfectly.
