A friend who also recently bought from Sweet Pete's received a free bike accessory (since you do not do discounts). I didn't get one, even on requesting.

Had to call 3 times before someone picked up the phone. Also we shouldn't need to manually let you know when we have payed the invoice, it's 2022 you can easily just check square on a regular basis.

Not a big deal, but some somehow your website showed some tires are available but, after attempting to purchase them, I was notified the next day they in fact are out of stock until June. The ensuing refund was done super fast. So that was good, but both your staff and I wasted time on an order for an unavailable product.
Anyway, perhaps some useful feedback.
Ordered online, was ready when I got there. Also was priced better than other stores.
Great shop with great employees from my experience buying a bike. Rob was quick to respond to emails and the staff on site were great to deal with and very informative. Jay was very patient and helpful with getting the Marlin 7 set up and made sure I was happy with everything.

My family and I have been long time customers but recently have realized that everyday cyclists are not valued, you are overcharging for service and recommending a new purchase instead of repairs.
My husband brought his bike in for service last year but was told there was an issue that was impossible to repair and that he should just buy a new bike. He was very disappointed to hear this and searched for a solution elsewhere. It took a while but his bike has been repaired and is now perfect. He will not return to your store.
I recently brought my bike in for a tune up and was told there was more than $600 worth of work needed, and I might as well buy a new bike. I have also gone elsewhere and paid half of that to keep my current bike going for at least a few more years.
Our children need tune ups and we are recommending they don't go to Sweet Pete's

I recently purchased a new bike. Jay was very helpful and explained everything about the new bike to me. Very happy with my purchase.
I ordered some Five Tens online. Chris emailed me to say that there was a size mixup but it worked out in my favour. I called the store and spoke to Sully. Both were extremely helpful and I got black and pink five tens - which I’ve been searching for forever. I’m delighted with them , they arrived yesterday and got perfectly.
