Great customer service and was able to pick up my Trek Farley 9.6 on time. Only complaint would be parking is non-existent - had to drive around to find a spot. But otherwise great!
You had what I needed , which in these pandemic times is difficult enough, also really good customer service at the Main Bloor shop.

One of the best bike shop experience I ever had . I was greeted by wonderful, thoughtful and experienced gentleman who helped me find the right bike. What I loved the most is that you are able to test ride to make sure this is the right bike for you. I am glad I bought my bike here and would highly recommended to anyone !
The online shopping experience was not good. Taxes should be added to the final price and I shouldn't have to etransfer money to an account.
