Too upsell focused at the expense of my best interests
Always friendly and knowledgeable and the service is top notch. The gentleman helping me buy a bike helmet soldiered on despite my weird questions and found me a great helmet with a great fit.

(The mirror doesn't actually fit on my Trek 3 with Iso handlebars though. I have bar extenders in my bike which are about 1/2" wide. The bar end insert on the mirror is less than that so nothing left to clamp the grip too. My fault, I knew I was taking a chance)

James was very helpful, knowledgeable and patient with me. I was amazed that the bike was outfitted with accessories within 24 hours. I would not hesitate to recommend the shop and will definitely come back for any adjustments needed on my Trek bike

Very helpful/knowledgeable/friendly staff. Clearly super busy at the stores when I was there. but they took the time to walk me through my options.
Only downside is that the service techs were too busy to install the rack on my new bike and said it would be weeks to do it. But I completely understand it's a busy time.

Service is excellent. Store is extremely well organized (eg. all clothes are accurately marked by size, womens and mens gear is separated) and well selected.
The wonderful service and products.
I was looking for a very specific part that I imagined would be VERY difficult to find... (a front derailleur hanger for quite an old frame). Lo and behold... you actually had the part. I was extremely pleased, and it meant that I didn't have to search high and low, and more importantly, it meant that I was able to go for a ride immediately!
