Good product selection. Just bought a new bike and very happy with it so far. Been pretty happy with the service and maintenance techs as well knowing their stuff and doing a good job with repairs

1) not being able to ship to an address that differs from the billing address was very inconvenient.
2) not hearing that my cycling shoes were MIA and having to reach out for an update. Had I not reached out I fear I would never have heard.

The customer service that I experienced here at the shop was outstanding. First I purchased a bike online however a few days later a different colour came in. It was simple and easy to contact them on the phone they simply switch the colours and also put a kickstand on the bike for me. When I went to pick it up it was waiting and ready for me and I was in and out of the store very quickly. As I live almost 2 hours away this was greatly appreciated. Also the day they said it would be ready it was. Great Store.

A bit about our experience..... Although at first we were a bit frustrated with the lack of communication about our accessories (kickstand on the Verve) I have to admit that the young man "Bass" (spelling?) really took the reins along side the other gentleman working and made our experience wonderful. This is my first good quality bike. Bass was patient, knowledgeable and listened to all my questions. Hold onto that lad! Overall , we left very happy ! Thank you .
We bought the bike as a gift. The service has been incredible from start to finish. The advice and help we received made the shopping experience so easy. The regular communication about the status of the bike was so appreciated, and going out of the way to also install the accessories we purchased separately online on the bike was above and beyond - thank you!
We have already shared our positive experience with friends, and will most definitely be retuning as we need new bikes too.
